I can t...Kim, I can see why you are writing a book. I can tell you have a tremendous talent of using words. I, too, have been writing since about 2nd grade(childrens books, short stories, poetry...). Ironically, yours is the first blog I have looked at, outside of my nieces, since I began blogging a couple of days ago, and I see we have a few things in common. Besides the writing, I was born in St. Louis, and have a lot of family still scattered around up there. I am sorry for the loss of your father, my parents are both living, but, last year, my 2 brothers and oldest sister lost their father to cancer. He was a part of mine and my younger sister's lives from the day we were born. We were listed in his obituary as his step-daughters and, I have to tell you, my father didn't mind. He had know him for 39 years. But, your story is so much like my brothers and sister. Especially my sister, since they had moved him in there for 24 hour care. Anyway, do well, I look forward to reading more of your blogs. Mine is a work in progress, but, please stop by. Maybe we can share a cup of coffee!Lagean Ellishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10339501466903179629noreply@blogger.com
